What this site actually collects, why, and how to exercise your rights.

What we collect, and why
This is a static website: no user accounts, no comment system, no newsletter. The only personal data we collect comes from our forms, only when you choose to fill one in:
- Contact form — name, email, phone, company, job title, subject and message, to respond to your request.
- "Staffing need" form — the same contact details, plus the role details you provide, to process your staffing request.
- Application form — your contact details, LinkedIn profile and CV (PDF/DOC file), to review your application.
We do not set any tracking cookies and do not use any audience analytics tool (Google Analytics or equivalent) at this time.
Where this data goes
Forms are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party technical provider, which forwards the content to us by email at contact@decizia.com and keeps a copy of submissions in our Formspree dashboard. We do not store any additional copy anywhere else on our site or servers.
Retention
Emails received through our forms are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted once no longer useful — at most 3 years from the last exchange for a contact request, and for the duration of the recruitment process for a job application.
Fonts
Fonts used on this site are hosted directly on our own server — no request is sent to Google Fonts or any other third-party service to display them.
Embedded third-party content
The Contact page embeds a Google Maps view to show our address. Google may receive technical data (such as your IP address) when this map loads, independently of us — see Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@decizia.com.
